Accommodation
In Nepal, we use 3-star or higher hotels that are modern, clean, and comfortable. Most rooms have basic amenities and are air-conditioned. Many hotels have swimming pools, but they may be unheated or closed during colder months.
During trekking, accommodations will be in Tea House lodges. These provide basic but authentic local experiences. Some lodges offer solar-powered hot showers due to electricity shortages.
Food & Drink
Nepal offers a diverse culinary experience, from French and Japanese to Indian and American cuisine. We can provide a list of recommended restaurants in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
While trekking, food is crucial for maintaining energy. Fresh, vegetarian meals are common in mountain lodges, with limited meat options.
