1. 1 recent PP size photo with white background
2. Original passport with at least 6 months’ validity
3. Occupation details of applicant and parent/spouse name
4. 6 months bank statement  showing approximately USD 4000
5. Confirmed Hotel Booking
6. Confirmed Return Air Ticket
